Betty Jean Mays, age 68 was born to the union of Carl Fletcher Mays Sr and Bettie Elizabeth Thompson Mays in Little Rock< Ar on July 10, 1945. Ms Mays resided in Los Angeles, CA from 1951 to her demise on January 23, 2014.

Graduating from Manual Arts High School, Los Angeles, CA in 1963, Ms Mays was a valued employee of American Veteran and was duly recognized for her outstanding contributions to that service organization. Memorial services will be held at Angeles Abby Memorial Park in Compton CA on February 21, 2014 at 11:00 am. Remains will be interred following the service.
