Jesse Louis Carrington was born on March 31, 1936 to Jesse and Gertrude Carrington in Keyes,Virginia. Jesse was married to Letitia Roda . Jesse spent 44 years as a Welfare Fraud Investigator. He passed away on February 25, 2020 and leaves to cherish a loving family and a host of friends. May Jesse rest heavenly in peace.
