The angels opened the gates of Heaven to receive our beloved O'Neal OutleyJr on September 11, 2025, at the early age of 74. He was born on June 9, 1951, in Los Angeles  he lived across the street from the legendary Barry White.  He attended Thomas Jefferson High School and was a part of the Businessmen Social Club where he built lifelong friends.  He married one on February 13, 1970 to Yvonne Guidroz (who proceeded him in death).  He will be greatly missed.
